By accessing or using the OTP Mailcheck System ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is designed to securely retrieve One-Time Passwords (OTPs) or authentication links from specific emails (e.g., Netflix, Disney+) using the Google Gmail API. This tool is intended for personal or authorized administrative use only.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Use the Service to intercept, read, or misuse communications that you do not have authorization to access.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the system's infrastructure.

4. Google API Integration

Our Service utilizes Google Workspace APIs to function. By linking your Google account, you acknowledge that we will have read-only access to search and extract specific authentication emails. We strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will function without interruptions or errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers, owners, or administrators of the Service be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
